Roxell EMT offers AHA Basic Life Support course, for healthcare professionals who need to know how to perform CPR, as well as other lifesaving skills, in-hospital and out-of-hospital. This course designed to provide basic CPR requirement to any person that provides health care to patients in a wide variety of settings, including:

EMT’s of all levels 

Firefighters

Nurses

Doctors, Dentists

PA’s

CNA’s

Doctor assistants

Respiratory 

Physical therapists

Roxell EMT offers both online and traditional classroom for this course several times a week.

By the end of this course you will learn how to deliver quality CPR for victims of all ages and will practice in a 1:1 manikin setting. You will also learn how to relieve choking (foreign-body airway obstruction), in both children and adult, and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED).

This course places strong emphasis on the ability to recognize emergencies such as sudden cardiac arrest in a healthcare environment and how to respond to them.

American Heart Association Requires each Student to have Textbook in class to take this course.

Prerequisite: none

Please wear comfortable clothes and covered toes shoes. You will be practicing skills that requires kneeling, bending, standing and possible lifting.

If you completed your BLS course online and need Parts 2 and 3 of the Course only.
